Barbados has the highest density of tourist attractions of almost anywhere in the world. There is plenty to do and see if you don't want to spend all day relaxing on the beach!

On our English in Barbados Individual Tuition programme you can choose to do an optional social programme. This consists of two half day excursions per week with a local member of staff. It is US$ 180.00 per person (US$ 130.00 per person for 2 people). Excursions include:

Harrison's Cave
Gullys and Gardens visiting Welchman Hall and Hunte's Gardens
Bridgetown
Garrison Savannah Tour and George Washington House
Nicholas Abbey and Cherry Tree Hill

Southern Palms have staff dedicated to ensuring that their guests have a great time on the island. Visitors can book tours over land, on water or even in the air. There are fabulous dinner shows and entertainment possibilities.

Several of our clients enjoy combining their English language classes with their favourite pastimes. Golf, diving and watersports are particularly popular. Southern Palms have excellent links with first class local golf clubs and offer watersports or have connections with the best specialists in the island.
