| Arrival/departure days: | These are flexible depending on flights but are normally Friday, Saturday or Sunday. |
| Hours of tuition per week: | 15 hours with lessons from 08.45 to 12.00 from Monday to Friday |

| Age limit: | Minimum age 18 but the majority of students are aged between 25 and 55 |
| Levels: | Elementary, Intermediate, Advanced. Individual tuition is available for Beginners |
| Airport transfers in Barbados: | Complimentary transfers are provided but we must receive confirmation of flight details with the booking |
| Public holidays in Barbados: | 21 January, 6 April, 9 April, 28 April, 1 May, 28 May, 6 August and 30 November. There will be an organised excursion instead of classes on these public holidays. |
